We have developed our Freeport Zones (9.5 Ha of land) at the seaport and airport to meet the business requirements of our customers in a fast-paced competitive and disruptive business environment.
Our Freeport Zones are strategically located at the seaport and airport giving our customers a competitive edge to reduce their logistics costs with efficient movement of goods, and proximity of major service providers and institutions to facilitate fast clearance of cargoes.
We Operate, Manage and Rent
We operate, manage, and rent our Freeport Infrastructures (39,800 m2) at Freeport Zones 1 & 6, Mer Rouge and at Freeport Zone 9, Plaine Magnien in a multi-tenant working environment. We offer flexibility in terms of rental periods (short to long-term).
We ensure that all our sites are maintained in compliance with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Standards. All our warehouses hold a valid Fire Certificate.
We work with specialist service providers (24/7 mixed security, cleaning, waste removal, bird control) and have adopted a preventive & curative approach to maintain our infrastructures.
We are registered with the Mauritius Network Services (MNS) for Online Tracking System (OTS) and are equipped with a Warehouse Management System (WMS). We are committed to providing the infrastructures which suit the business activities of our customers.
