Nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 nos zones port franc (9.5 Hectares de terrain) au port maritime et \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences commerciales de nos clients dans un environnement commercial concurrentiel et perturbateur en \u00e9volution rapide.<\/p>

Nos zones Port Franc sont strat\u00e9giquement situ\u00e9es au port maritime et \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport, ce qui donne \u00e0 nos clients un avantage concurrentiel pour r\u00e9duire leurs co\u00fbts logistiques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un mouvement efficace des marchandises et \u00e0 la proximit\u00e9 des principaux fournisseurs de services et institutions pour faciliter le d\u00e9douanement rapide des cargaisons.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous op\u00e9rons, g\u00e9rons et louons nos infrastructures port franc (39 800 m2<\/sup>) nomm\u00e9ment dans les zones 1 et 6, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Mer Rouge, Port- Louis et dans la zone 9 \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport, Plaine Magnien dans un environnement de travail multi-locataires. Nous offrons une flexibilit\u00e9 en termes de p\u00e9riodes de location (court \u00e0 long terme).<\/p>

Nous veillons \u00e0 ce que tous nos sites soient maintenus en conformit\u00e9 avec les normes de sant\u00e9, de s\u00fbret\u00e9, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019environnement (HSSE). Tous nos entrep\u00f4ts d\u00e9tiennent un certificat d\u2019incendie valide.<\/p>

Nous travaillons avec des prestataires de services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mixte 24h sur 24h et 7j\/7, d\u2019enl\u00e8vement des d\u00e9chets, le contr\u00f4le des oiseaux) et avons adopt\u00e9 une approche pr\u00e9ventive et curative pour entretenir nos infrastructures.<\/p>

Nous sommes enregistr\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de \u00ab Mauritius Network Services (MNS) \u00bb pour le syst\u00e8me de suivi en ligne (OTS) et sommes \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de gestion d\u2019entrep\u00f4t (WMS).
